Turbo Lube 10 Minute Oil Change

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. My mother visited the Turbo Lube location on Pecan Blvd in McAllen today, August 10, 2026, for an oil change on her Toyota 4Runner. Her total came out to $134.59. Since she does not have much knowledge about oil-change pricing, she simply began asking questions about the charges and pricing. Instead of explaining the charges professionally and respectfully, the employee became agitated and spoke to my mother in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. At approximately 2:36 PM (1436 hrs), during the interaction, the employee went as far as telling her that she could bring all the men she wanted and he would continue talking to her that way. That type of response to a customer especially someone who is simply asking questions about what she is being charged is completely unacceptable. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to escalate to that level. My mother requested to speak with the manager to file a complaint, but she was informed that the manager was not present at the location at that time. We have the itemized invoice and payment receipt documenting the transaction, location, amount, and time. I hope

I would give ZERO stars if possible, and I make no apologies for my detailed review. This is a new location I found on social media that had been recommended by some of my friends. So I took the car in for an oil change and engine additives. The price I was given at Turbo Lube was higher than what had been advertised online, but I still chose to have my vehicle serviced since I was already there. First red flag. The service included checking tires and fluids. They recommended additional services to which I said I would consider in the future. I also had Turbo Lube replace my windshield wipers. Up until that point, I was pleased with my experience at Turbo Lube. I drove off the premises and had not gotten very far when my vehicle would no longer accelerate and eventually shut down while driving on Ware Rd. I was fortunate enough to safely maneuver into a side street and park my vehicle. However, I was not able to start the car again. I called the business, but the call went to voicemail, and I could not leave a message because a mailbox had not been set up. In case it was a mobile phone, I left a detailed text message and got no reply. After a few attempts, someone
